I have obtained post-Master's training and experience in assessment and diagnosis, taught Differential Diagnosis of Mental Disorders at the Master’s level, and worked as a diagnostician. This provides me with the expertise to provide you with an accurate and comprehensive diagnosis. If appropriate, I also will also include accommodations needed for work or college/university settings.

If you are needing the diagnosis in order to apply for SSDI (disability) or to be a part of a government-sponsored program, I recommend getting a more thorough assessment from a licensed psychologist that includes measures such as an IQ and written achievement test. However, assessments done with a licensed psychologist are often very expensive and time-consuming. I believe that everyone has the right to know their diagnosis and cost should not be a barrier. The diagnostic assessments I perform are meant for your own knowledge, for reasonable accomodations, or to communicate your diagnosis to another therapist or psychiatrist.

An assessment with an accompanying written diagnostic formulation and accommodations or referral letter costs $195. This service is available to adults age 18+ living in the state of Missouri. Assessments are provided via telehealth using a HIPPA-compliant online portal on Thursdays and Sundays.
