I provide gender-affirming care assessments and referral letters for transgender and non-binary adults who are residents of Missouri for the purpose of hormones or surgery. I have been writing these letters for over 8 years and have developed a relationship with KU’s Gender Diversity Clinic in order to provide the exact information they need.

Transgender Youth

Puberty Blockers, hormones, and surgeries are not currently available for transgender youth under the age of 18 in the state of Missouri. For families with transgender youth, I provide consultation, recommendations for social transitioning, and referrals for medical interventions that are not considered gender-affirming care in the state of Missouri.
